It's easy to drown in marketing data and still have no idea if it's working. The fix isn't more dashboards — it's tracking the handful of numbers that tie effort to money.
Cost per acquisition (CPA). How much you spend to win one customer. If CPA is higher than what a customer is worth, you're losing money no matter how busy you look.
Conversion rate. The percentage of visitors who take the action you want. Doubling conversion is often cheaper than doubling traffic.
Customer lifetime value (LTV). What a customer is worth over the whole relationship. LTV against CPA is the ratio that tells you if your marketing is actually profitable.
The vanity metrics to ignore. Impressions, raw follower counts and likes feel good but rarely pay the bills. Use them as weak signals, never as goals.
The point of measurement is decisions, not decoration. We set up clean dashboards that show owners exactly these numbers — and translate them into what to do next. Want to see where your marketing money really goes? Start with a free audit.
